To limit waste, we take your phone back and you can get a discount while making a positive gesture for the environment. Estimate how much your phone is worth, depending on the model and condition you can exchange it for a purchase voucher worth up to 400€. Working mobile phones are tested and the data deleted. They are then reconditioned and sold in emerging countries where the second hand mobile market is booming.
Mobiles that no longer work are recycled:
the hazardous materials are processed and metals retrieved for use as raw materials.
On 1 September 2020, 15 million mobile phones had already been collected* including 6,000 in Luxembourg
(since 2010 for the whole of the Orange Group).
